Customized Enrollment Links:

If you are an appointed and licensed Agent/Broker of 5Star Life Insurance Company, you may request a customized link directly into our online enrollment which will pre-fill all application fields common to your group's enrollment (such as your agent code, the employer name, etc.). This saves enrollment time, eliminates entry errors, facilitates more consistent applications, streamlines the application approval process and most of all ensures that you receive proper credit for the applications under your unique agent code. This link can be easily emailed to enrollees for self-enrollment or even embedded into your own custom online enrollment solution.


Preferred Enrollment Methods:

There are many ways to enroll groups. Typically with other carriers, group meetings are used to enroll Group Products and One-on-One meetings for worksite products. We have found that most employers and brokers prefer a combination of mandatory group meetings with one-on-one meeting to follow-up with those employees interested in participating or who have questions.
