Three Levels of Qualification:
Level One
- 4 day Carnival Premium Eastern or Western Caribbean Cruise
Winners: Submit and issue $100,000 of annualized premium during 2012. Product Plan premium includes Family Protection Plans, Group Critical Illness, Employer Paid Group Critical Illness, Basic Employer Paid Group Life, Voluntary Group Life and the Executive 10 & 20 Year Level Term Plans.
Level Two
- 5 or 6 day Carnival Premium Eastern or Western Caribbean Cruise
Winners: Submit and issue $125,000 of annualized premium during 2012. Product Plans same as for Level 1.
Level Three
- 7 or 8 day Carnival Premium Eastern or Western Caribbean Cruise
Winners: Submit and issue $150,000 of annualized premium during 2012. Product Plans same as for Levels 1 and 2.
